I called Billy to fix a leak in my water tank and he came over that morning, a pleasant honest man. The next day, Harrison and Andre came to fix it. They were just as pleasant and honest as Billy. They did a fabulous job and left the place cleaner than before they came! Excellent, a Godsent👍

If I could give Billy and his employees 10 stars, I most definitely would! We had a real bad water leak and he was spot on 🎯 with what typically happens in older homes, from our first conversation over the phone. When he and his crew of 3 arrived right on time, I couldn’t believe how they wasted no time and bam! solved the problem first time and wasted no time at all fixing it. Trust is a huge thing for me as well. I have been taken advantage of so many times but beyond a shadow of doubt, I know that I could trust Mr.Downey And would leave any of his fine young gentlemen of employees in my home all day alone without worrying at all anytime. It was no small task what they did for us, but they got it done quick and no nonsense. They all work very well together. Thank you so much for the great experience! Just a great all-around experience ! After calling four other local plumbers and either not getting called back or not being able to get the upgraded water heater I wanted (I wanted one with a 10 yr warranty vs the regular six year warranty) I called Florida Plumbing & Solar and everything else was great after that ! They were always very responsive and helpful and informative, easy to deal with, and within three days I had the exact water heater I was looking for ! Very professional and courteous and helpful all around, and the pricing was more than reasonable as well. I will make sure to call Florida Plumbing & Solar first for any plumbing jobs from now on - thank you Florida Plumbing & Solar !!.

Great service! They responded to a last minute plumbing job that we needed to have done to keep our remodeling project on schedule. They even rearranged their schedule on less than 24 hours notice to accommodate us. The technician who did the work was extremely professional and did great work. I will definitely use them the next time I have plumbing needs.

We just had a new water heater installed in April 2020 by a different company. After several calls to the first plumber with 40 years experience and doing what he suggested each time we were still left with the same problem. Our hot water would blast out of the faucets getting us soaked which was very annoying. In August 2020 We contacted Billy Downey from Florida Plumbing and Solar inc. He came over the same day to look at all the possibilities of what was causing the hot water to blast out. He found the cause of the problem and corrected it, in one day. Our hot water is and continues to be running out of the faucets correctly. No more getting soaked with a blast of hot water. Thank you Billy. We will definitely call him with any further plumbing needs we may have in the future.

We always call Billy at Florida Plumbing & Solar LLC whenever we have plumbing problems ( our house was built in 1934, so we have had issues) He does a great job and showed up not long after we called. Thanks for today’s repair , Billy @ CJ!
